Studio 2LR is working with TPM and Kirk Commercial Construction to renovate an existing midcentury brick warehouse building into a mulit-tenant building. The 7,200 SF structure will include approximately 5,000SF of office and production areas for TPM, while a separate 2,200 SF+/- lease area will be available at front of the building.
On the building exterior, existing brick and stucco will be cleaned and repainted. Existing storefront along the street will be repaired, while new storefront windows will be added on the north side of the building to bring in natural light to the TPM space. Site improvements include new parking surfaces, lighting, and landscaping.
