Studio 2LR is working with MB Kahn Construction on the expansion and renovation to an existing manufacturing facility for Zeus Industrial Products in Aiken, South Carolina. The project scope includes interior and exterior renovations to the existing 105,000 SF building with a new 11,000 SF addition to meet growing production requirements. Additional exterior improvements include a new entry feature, covered walkways, entrance canopies, and new signage/branding elements.
