Industrial Supply Company Warehouses

Clinton, South Carolina

Studio 2LR was hired by the City of Clinton, SC to provide a master plan and vision for the Industrial Supply Company warehouse complex in the heart of the city. The conceptual study provides framework for a civic arts and entertainment district with exciting and vibrant community spaces for residents and visitors. The proposed master plan incorporates the renovation of existing brick warehouse buildings and new structures that respond to its railroad and textile heritage and serves as a catalyst for future downtown investment. Additional site amenities include outdoor patio areas, water features, green spaces, and a walking trail.
