Lexington County, South Carolina
Studio 2LR worked with Landmark Builders and Beaman Pearson Holdings, LLC on the design of a 50,000 SF industrial warehouse building located in the Lexington County Industrial Park. The project scope includes a shell design for the building along with the tenant upfit design for Lansing Building Products. The precast concrete building shell incorporates the tenant branding colors and signage on the exterior.
