Studio 2LR worked with Homes Urban to renovate the former Pavilion Towers apartments into Vista Towers apartments. The project scope includes the renovation of 4 existing apartment towers with 240 total apartment units, pool area, and amenity areas. An existing 3-story office building was converted into 23 apartments with additional amenity spaces.
