Terrace Building at Coble Plaza

This project sits adjacent to the existing Edventure Children’s Museum building and is designed as part of a large scale redevelopment along the canal and Congaree River.

The 8,500 SF building includes meeting spaces, warming kitchen, offices and storage. The roof of the building functions as a terrace for gathering and overlooks the canal and plaza below. A large cantilevered structural canopy is designed to provide protection from the direct sunlight.
