Moncks Corner, South Carolina
This 6,300 SF branch facility for First Citizens replaces an existing branch bank building in downtown Moncks Corner, SC. This new project features a large lobby with high ceilings and clerestory windows. Program elements include offices, walk-up teller, drive thru banking, and ATM. The design features large glass openings with integrated exterior sun shades to allow for maximum natural light while limiting glare. Exterior cladding includes brick veneer, ribbed metal panel, aluminum storefront and custom precast concrete panels.
