Design features include IKEA kitchen cabinets, stained concrete floors, stack washer/dyer, large back patio, and a green screen/trellis at the entry porch. Sustainable features include spray-foam insulation, recycled low VOC paint, and a pervious driveway. Studio 2LR collaborated with Celtic Works to build this house as an affordable modern alternative in the Columbia market.
