This 1,120 SF single-family dwelling includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an open living/dining/kitchen space. Design features include IKEA kitchen cabinets, stained concrete floors, stack washer/dyer, large back patio, and a green screen/trellis at the entry porch. Sustainable features include spray-foam insulation, recycled low VOC paint, and a pervious driveway. Studio 2LR collaborated with Celtic Works to build this house as an affordable modern alternative in the Columbia market.
