20 Jul Clinton Branch Library Breaks Ground
CLINTON, S.C. (July 20, 2023) – Studio 2LR attended the groundbreaking for a new 10,800 SF Clinton Branch Library for the Laurens County Library system. The library will be located near the downtown corridor on W. Pitts Street and will replace an existing library which has occupied a temporary location in a nearby shopping center storefront for the past 20 years. Studio 2LR teamed with Studio Shea to design the new facility in collaboration with the library steering committee. Construction is anticipated to begin in early August 2023 with a completion expected in mid 2024.
