12 Oct Plan Reveal for Richland Library Edgewood
COLUMBIA, SC – Richland Library held a plan reveal on October 12, 2017 at Cecil Tillis Center (2111 Simpkins Lane) for the community to get a glimpse of the design for the new Edgewood location. Staff members from Richland Library and Studio 2LR design team members were on hand to answer questions from local residents.
