Architectural Project Manager – Full Time
Studio 2LR Architecture + Interiors has immediate need for an architectural project manager to join our design studio. Candidates should have at least 7 years experience in an architectural firm and at least 3 years experience managing architectural projects; a Bachelor degree in design/architecture, Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited school; and shall be an architectural intern (enrolled in AXP or sitting for the ARE) or a registered architect.
This role is for a self-directed individual experienced in handling architectural projects from conception and design through construction administration. The pace in our office is fast, challenging, and exciting! Candidates would be overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and must be capable of managing deadlines, clients, consultants, and other architectural staff.
Solid Revit experience in detailing and in producing full construction documents is a non-negotiable requirement. Candidates should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, possess solid management and organizational skills, and communicate effectively both in written format and oral presentation. LEED accreditation is desirable but not required. Professional experience in South Carolina and/ or the southeast is preferred.
