Adluh Flour

Columbia, South Carolina

Adluh Flour Mills has been operating in Columbia since the early 1900’s and the plant is listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. Studio 2LR worked with the Adluh family to rehabilitate this historic structure for commercial use. The project scope included the addition of a new porch, new canopies, window and roof replacement, new mechanical system, upgraded electrical systems, and numerous site improvements. Additional interior improvements included the replacement of existing stairs, a new elevator with circulation lobbies at each floor.
