This interior renovation of the University of South Carolina’s Advising Department transformed the existing space redesigning underutilized areas into a dynamic, functional environment. The scope included the demolition of outdated common areas and finishes, followed by the strategic planning and design of new spaces including a student lounge, training room, and staff support areas. By thoughtfully integrating new finishes and systems, the renovation enhanced the character and functionality of the existing space. Close coordination with the Owner’s Representative and end users ensured that architectural, engineering, and audiovisual requirements were seamlessly addressed throughout the project.
