2430 Main Street

2430 Main is a new mixed-use development at the corner of Main Street and Confederate Avenue in the heart of the historic Cottontown neighborhood. The project includes a 2,500 SF shell building with on-site parking, outdoor amenity space, and high visibility along Main Street along the North Main corridor. The building is currently leased with two separate local business – Rambo’s Fat Cat Biscuits and J Brown Studio. Each space is designed with simple floor layouts that maximize natural light from large windows, open ceilings, polished concrete floors, and bright colors.
