Orangeburg, S.C. (February 10, 2020) – Orangeburg County and the City of Orangeburg hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 47,000 SF Library + Conference Center. The project is located at the site of a former Piggly Wiggly grocery store in downtown Orangeburg, South Carolina.
