Studio 2LR designed this residence for an open design competition held by Decatur Modern. The competition called for design submissions of small (1,200 SF - 1,400 SF) single-family modernist dwelling units targeted toward the middle to upper-middle income markets. The house is required to fit on a minimum lot size of 40'X100' with a buildable area of 25'x50'. Other requirements include covered parking for at least one automobile and closet systems designed to use the PAX system from IKEA.
